Constance Rae Kamphoff

Constance Rae Kamphoff, 52, of Post Falls, ID, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 21,2026.

Constance was born on July 9,1973 in Great Falls, MT, to Butch and Janet Schroeder. Throughout life, she was known for her generous heart; Infectious smile, that lit up the room; and last but not least, Strength and resilience.

Constance worked as a House Supervisor at Valley Hospital in Spokane, WA, throughout her nursing career and enjoyed the role. Camping, kayaking, bowling, and especially loved anytime she got to spend with her boys.

Constance is survived by her two sons, Blayre De Jong, 33, and Keenaen De Jong, 29. Her mother and father, Janet and Butch Schroeder, Sister and brother-in-law, Tara and Michael Thornton, Nephews: Justin and Klarissa Koele and Christian and Netsanet Koele, and the lives of many other family and friends she touched. She was preceded in death by her brother Glenwood, nephew Dillion, Great- grandmother Mabel, Grandpa and grandma Aurther and Thelma Johnstone, Aunts Connie, Tammy, and Debbie.

There will be a memorial at Spokane Valley Hospital at 11am on June 3, 2026. Family and friends are encouraged to take a moment to remember Constance, share a favorite memory, and celebrate the love and kindness she brought to those around her.

Constance will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
