Elizabeth RaineAnn Stalcup

Elizabeth RaineAnn Stalcup was born Elaiasha Faith Campbell on April 8, 2009 to her birth parents Mitchell Campbell and BriAnna Vasquez. Ellie came to Sarah and Robert Stalcup in May of 2010 and was adopted, along with her brother on November 16, 2012 at age 3.

Ellie was born and raised primarily in Richland Washington, moving to the Spokane area in 2020. Ellie’s struggles with her mental health began later on in 2020 and were a battle for the remainder of her life. Ellie lost her valiant battle against mental health issues on August 25, 2025 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Ellie is preceded in death by her biological father, Mitchell Campbell and several of her biological family members, including a great cousin, grandfather, and great grandmother. Ellie is preceded in death by adopted family members also, including her maternal grandfather, great grandmother, and paternal aunt.

Ellie is survived by her mother, Sarah Stalcup, her father Bob Stalcup, and her brother Micah Stalcup, along with many friends and family members who will miss her dearly. Ellie is survived also by her biological mother and many family members.

Your mama loves you to the moon and back, sweet girl. 27 times at least, but we both know it is so much more than that.
