Jeffrey Emory Dickenson Best known as "Jeffo" Lived April 27, 1977 - April 15, 2020 Resided in Dalton Gardens, Idaho Born to Parents: Bruce and Phyllis Vela Dickenson on April 27, 1977 In Santa Paula, California With deepest sorrow, we announce that Jeffrey Dickenson (Jeffo), age 42 our beloved son, brother, family member, and friend passed suddenly on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at home after having a heart attack. Those who knew Jeff, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Jeff was born in Ventura and grew up in Santa Paula, California. Other places he lived were Rhode Island, and lastly Dalton Gardens, Idaho. He was self employed and did yard maintenance He went to school in Coeur D'Alene Idaho Beauty School and graduated from Barbering school in Spokane, Washington. He was active and passionate about his love for flying airplanes, playing baseball, and going hiking. He spent a lot of time with his brothers and their father at the Santa Paula airport where he developed a passion for flying airplanes Jeff looked forward to going on camping trips as a young child with his mom and brothers in their VW and camped at the beach and slept in their tent. Jeff and his brothers also had wonderful times spending summer vacations at his grandma Patty's beach house in Cayucos As years went by they continued to take family camping trips (including the dogs) and go in the motor home and took a tent along with them. Jeff was in Oklahoma where he met his wife Brenda. The first time they met he walked up to her and asked her about her sparkly shoes. He asked her about her silver sparkly shoes. He wanted to know if they were from The Wizard of Oz. They were handing out food at a food outreach. After church he came to a mutual friends barbecue. That was the first day they hung out together. At the end of the day he told her "I want you to know I fully intend to marry you." At that time they hadn't even kissed each other yet! It was 33 days from meeting him that they were married. Brenda says now, "I would marry him again even after all we have been through if there was ever a chance." Jeff had a passion for animals especially his dogs Shearsley, Wickford, and Wally. He loved gardening, and was very good at it which is how he started working doing yard maintenance in Couerr D'Alene, Id.
