Kelley Dale Repin

Rathdrum

Kelley Dale Repin, 52, passed away in Rathdrum, Idaho on March 21, 2026.

Younger sibling of surviving sister Michaela, she was born on September 10, 1974 in Seattle, Washington.

Like her sister and her father Rick, she grew up to be a loyal fan of the Seattle Seahawks and Muhammad Ali. She was also quite fond of Garfield the cat.

She was proud of the Irish part of her heritage, as witnessed by her stubborn, "I'll do what I want", outlook on life, and her appreciation of the Celtic knot, a symbol with no beginning or end representing eternity, loyalty, and the interconnectedness of life. She was sweet, soft-spoken, and loved to to listen to other people's stories.

When she met Todd, the man she would spend the rest of her life with, that relationship included his two young sons Connor and Keegan, ages 3, and 6, who she wrapped her wings around and cared for as if they were her own.

Son number three, from Kelley's perspective, was the dog. Bart, the bear, he was called, and she loved him dearly. She had an intense love for all animals.

She could walk up to the biggest, baddest dog in the back of someone else's truck and have that dog licking her face while she scratched him behind the ears. That kind of thing made her day.

Kelley enjoyed striking up a conversation with a complete stranger just to hear what they had to say, and the older that stranger was, the more she liked it.

She loved the old one's who had no one left to tell their stories to. She would listen, and feel, as they told their stories of long ago. She was a gift to the old one's. But to her, they were the gift.
