Loren Marlow Buchert

Loren was born December 20th, 1981 in Superior Montana and died February 20th at his home

in Post Falls. He loved anything that was “fast and fun” Snowmobiling, Dirt Bikes, ATV’s, demo

derbys, and Nascar (Go Fords!). He liked fishing, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

Christmas was his favorite time of year, and you could often find him dressed up as Santa. He

was quite the character, you never knew what he was going to do to make you laugh.

He is survived by one son, Luke Buchert, his life partner, Megan Ownbey and her two kids,

Jackson and Ella, brother Boone Buchert, his parents Larry and Vicki Buchert, numerous aunts,

uncles, cousins, and “adopted” kids.

There will be a celebration of life this spring in his favorite place, Elk River Idaho.
