Nicklas Beckstead was born July 29th 2013 in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. He was a beloved member of the Hauser and Athol/Spirit Lake Community. Nicklas is a bright light with the biggest heart. From the moment he could he always had a smile on his face: from innocent and sweet to cheesy they always lite up a room.

Nicklas is an artist, he like to write, but he loved to draw. From the moment he picked up a pen he could be found drawing on a piece of paper, in the pages of his sketchbooks or his dads back: creating the world through his eyes. He also loved to cook, though a tornado in the kitchen he loved to experiment and invent new things. though half a jar of peanut butter in his banana bread took longer than expected. It still turned out good though.

Nicklas loved his family whether born of blood or by choice he loved his family and his friends fiercely! With a big heart and a bigger sense of humor and an incredible intuition on your feelings he was always there when you needed him. Though he is gone his light is eternal and will forever be with us. We will carry him and his love in everything we do.

Nicklas LOVED life, and we promise to honor that by living everyday for him. Our beautiful sweet baby boy who touched so many, Mama and Dad your brothers and sister love you so incredibly much. We miss you daily and will honor you everyday.

Nicklas is survived by his loving parents Katherine and Jeremiah Beckstead, his big brothers Cale and Austin , and his baby sister Evelyn. As well as Nana Sandy Gould, his Grandma Corrie Votaw, his Great Grandpa Nicklas Feiler, his loved girlfriend Nala Thornton, his loved Aunts , Uncles, Cousins and loved ones.

He is Proceeded in death by his Grandfathers Jay Jones and Robert Beckstead. His Great Grandma Linda Feiler, and Great Grandpa Ernst Mylroie.

A celebration of life will be held September 27th at 1:00 pm at Bell Tower Funeral Home in Post Falls, ID.
