Richard Merle "Luke" Clary

On Friday, March 15 th , 2019 Richard Merle Clary joined his beloved wife Betty Ruth Dschaak-Clary in heaven. He passed peacefully at Hospice of North Idaho. Richard was born in Shelby, Montana to William and Celia Clary; he was the fifth out of seven children. Richard met his beautiful wife Betty Ruth in Washington and wed soon after in July of 1954. He spent his life doing a bit of everything—dairy farming and Union pile driving. He enjoyed years of retirement with Betty in the small town of Tacna, Arizona.

He is preceded in death by his father; William Clary, mother; Celia Clary, wife; Betty Ruth Dschaak-Clary, brother; Allen Clary, brother; William Elliot Clary, brother; Frank Clary, brother; Eugene Clary, brother; George Clary, brother; Fred Clary.

He is survived in death by daughter; Denise Clark; 4 children; 9 grandchildren, daughter; Reneé Eastman and husband; 2 children; 7 grandchildren, son; Richard Allen Clary and wife; 2 children; 2 grandchildren, daughter; Camille Turner and husband; 3 children; 1 grandchild, and daughter; Kimberly Millsaps and husband; 1 child.

Following the wishes of both Richard and Betty, there will be no services. Ashes of both Richard and Betty will be spread together in Arizona at a later date. In leu of any flowers, please donate to Hospice of North Idaho, 2290 W Prairie Ave, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83815.
