Born on July 26, 1935, in Wilbur, Washington, Robert dedicated his life to both his family and his craft, leaving behind a legacy that will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

A warm and loving father and husband, Robert was known for his kind and welcoming nature. He had a remarkable ability to make others feel at ease with his genuine demeanor and infectious sense of humor. On November 24, 1990, Robert married the love of his life, Lois Bise. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and the joy of family. Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Lois Bise, and their children: Troy Bise, Stacie Irvine, Kerri Cannon, Pamela Fitzpatrick, and Paula Ashburn. He was also a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to 14 great-grandchildren, who will forever treasure the moments they shared with him.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Sam Bise, and mother, Olive Bise, along with six brothers and three sisters. His guidance and support will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends, reminding them of the warmth, kindness, and joy he brought into their lives.
