It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Steven M. Taylor on January 25, 2024, just shy of his 64th birthday on January 26th. Steven was a beloved member of our community and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Steven grew up in Hollywood, California, where he developed his strong values and love for family. After relocating to Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, he dedicated 20 years of his life to the Coeur d' Alene School District, making a lasting impact on countless students and colleagues.
One of the greatest joys in Steven's life was his marriage to his loving wife Donna. Together, they shared 35 beautiful years filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Their bond was an inspiration to all who witnessed their unwavering commitment to each other.
Steven was a proud father to his daughter Amanda and adored being a grandfather to Galexi. He brought so much joy and happiness into their lives, nurturing a strong sense of family that will continue to live on in their hearts.
In addition to his immediate family, Steven is survived by his sister Missy Taylor. Their bond of siblinghood was unbreakable and brought comfort and support throughout the years.
When Steven wasn't devoting himself to work or spending time with loved ones, you could often find him pursuing his passions in nature. Fishing and hunting brought him solace and allowed him to connect with the world around him.
A service honoring Steven's life will be held at the House Of Faith located at 1103 N. 3rd ST. in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. This gathering will offer an opportunity for friends and family to pay their final respects and celebrate the incredible person that Steven was.
Although his physical presence may no longer be with us, Steven's spirit will live on through the memories he created, the love he shared, and the impact he made on all of our lives. May he rest in eternal peace.
